My dear friend, Jess Carmen is a dancer and movement teacher specializing in workshops that promote attunement to one's inner spirit and essence. Her dancing is inspired by connection to the elements and animal spirits. Working with a close friend had a beautiful synergistic flow. Together, we shared ideas, got lost in special moments and captured epic scenery. It was important to showcase her full body movements and expressive gestures, as well as the soft, vulnerability of her eye contact and connection. This photo shoot took place at two locations in the Columbia River Gorge, near Portland, Oregon.

These photographs were used on her website and promotional flyers for her workshops and events. Having a large set of captivating photos to use long term in your social media is a great way to connect with your community and get people excited about your offerings.
