MATERNITY SESSION AT BELL ROCK

Lindsay and I met in a special way. I was looking for a pregnant model and she, a maternity photographer. It was divine timing! When we spoke for the first time, I could feel her excitement about this new journey into motherhood. I learned that like many women, her path to pregnancy was not an easy one. What she had gone through had made her stronger, wiser and opened her heart to a deeper appreciation about her body and it's miracles.

During our sunset session, we were giddy about each look and took pictures long after the sun had set. There is nothing more beautiful than a woman and her pregnant belly with a gold silk dress blowing in the wind beneath the moon - Woweee! In her photos, Lindsay shared the joyful wonder of being a first time mom, the sweet surrender of being held by an old tree, a woman in her power, grace and deep felt love. This was my first maternity shoot in Sedona at the majestic Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte hiking loop. I will always hold a special memory in my heart from the time we shared together.
